Required Modifications and Accommodations Under the Fair Housing Act (N5505)
This course provides 6 credit hours of "legal" Michigan real estate continuing education. Take the Fair Housing Act to the next level by learning how to comply with the Act’s requirements to make reasonable modifications and reasonable accommodations for people in a protected class. In this six hour course, you will learn about reasonable accommodations and reasonable modification requirements under the federal Fair Housing Act. The issue of accessible housing involves not only people with disabilities and the disability community, but also real estate professionals, housing developers, landlords, owners, and all groups involved in providing housing to people with disabilities.
