Information We Collect
We only collect information that is essential for our operations and necessary to properly submit your continuing education credits to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs. We collect two types of information:

Personal information. 1 Stop ConEd LLC does not collect personally identifiable information about a user unless it is voluntarily and knowingly provided to us and so that we can serve the user’s needs and our legitimate business purposes. In order to provide you with credit for completing one of our home study real estate continuing courses, the State of Michigan requires that we collect and maintain the following information: first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, last four digits of Social Security number,and Michigan real estate license number. This information is collected when you complete our new student/customer registration form. It is required to process your continuing education credit and for us to send you important communications.
Standard web server traffic pattern information. General traffic, website usage, and length of stay information may also be collected. We may use such data as a form of aggregate information to anonymously determine how much time visitors spend on each page of our website, how visitors navigate throughout the website and how we may tailor our web pages to better meet the needs of visitors. This information may be used to improve our website and is not shared with any third-party. With the exception of your IP address, which is logged when you place an order on our website, technical information is not routinely associated with your personal data.
Information about your course completions. In order for our systems to properly process your course purchase and completion, we may store data about time of purchase, quiz attempts, accesses to the quiz or other 1StopConEd features, and when you have been certified.

Disclosure of Information to Outside Parties
Except as specifically stated below, we do not share any information collected through this website with third parties. We disclose your information in only four situations:

To the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, as required to report real estate continuing education credits you earn after taking our home study con ed courses;
To our payment processor (Stripe), so it can validate your credit card and banking transaction. All financial transactions are carried out through Stripe using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) that encrypts the data you provide to ensure privacy. SSL is the industry standard for securing web-based transactions;
In response to a subpoena, court order, legal process, or to parties authorized by law to access your personal information; and
In order to enforce the website’s policies, and to protect and defend the rights or property of 1 Stop ConEd LLC.

We will never sell, exchange, disclose, or otherwise distribute your personal information to any other third-parties.

Email Communications
When you make a purchase on our website, you are communicating with us electronically. Once you do so, you consent to receive occasional emails from us relating to (1) Michigan real estate continuing education requirements and deadlines and (2) special offers and discounts on our Michigan real estate continuing education courses. We Do Not Store Credit Card Information
