Once purchased, you can immediately download your Michigan real estate continuing education course in the customer area of our website.  The home study con ed course will be available for download for one full year after purchase.

You will need Adobe Reader to view the course in Adobe PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Reader comes preloaded on most computers, but if you do not have it you can download it for free on Adobe's website.
