About Us
1 Stop ConEd LLC is a Michigan company that is owned and operated by two licensed Michigan real estate brokers/attorneys. We created a continuing education school that provides all of the necessary real estate con ed without all of the associated inconveniences of obtaining that education. Unlike other continuing education schools, we do not purchase courses and then merely distribute them. Instead, every one of our courses is written in-house by our instructors.
All of our continuing education courses are designed to offer our students the most information, as quickly and economically as possible.
This is a home study continuing education school, which means you can complete your con ed at any time from anywhere. Once a course is purchased, it is immediately available for download. Our courses are self-paced and self-timed.
